Field Service Expertise

The right technicians, in the right place, at the right time.

Scheduling, territories, automatic dispatch, technician mobile: we implement Salesforce Field Service with a specialized architect - on real field operations, not slides.

The starting point

Do these situations sound familiar?

🗓️

Scheduling happens on a whiteboard

Dozens of jobs a day, planned by hand: time-consuming, fragile, impossible to optimize.

🚗

Routes that waste the day

Without territory and route optimization, your technicians spend more time on the road than on site.

📵

The field cut off from head office

Paper reports, photos over WhatsApp, unknown statuses: field information comes back late, poorly, or not at all.

⚙️

FSL enabled, but poorly configured

Work rules, scheduling policies, territories: set up badly, the entire automatic scheduling goes off the rails.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers

Why does FSL call for a specialized architect?
Because automatic scheduling relies on a demanding engine: work rules, scheduling policies, territories. Configured badly, the optimizer produces nonsensical schedules. Our FSL architect has laid these foundations on real, high-volume operations.
Do you have field references?
Yes - we're currently supporting a home-services scale-up on scheduling its in-home installations: territories, assignment rules and end-to-end automations.
Our technicians aren't very tech-savvy. Will adoption follow?
The FSL mobile app is simple if the setup is: we calibrate the screens down to what the field strictly needs and train in waves, with a pilot before the general rollout.
How long for a first scope?
A pilot on one zone and one type of job takes a few weeks to set up. We then extend territory by territory. Free scoping, pricing on quote.
